MARY-KATE OLSEN IS AN ACTRESS

According to Page Six, Mary-Kate Olsen is eschewing the glitz and glamour of coked-out anorexia in favor of — get this — acting.

We hear the recovering anorexic is in talks to play eccentric Andy Warhol acolyte Bridget Berlin in “Factory Girl” alongside Sienna Miller, who is playing Edie Sedgwick. Our spy giggled: “Mary-Kate will be playing a speed freak. She’s skinny enough!” Olsen had been taking acting classes at New York University before ditching the school to spend more time on the West Coast with her man David Katzenberg.

Olsen used to be indistinguishable from her fraternal twin Ashley, but she has really set herself apart from her sister recently, what with her peasant boy body and homeless guy wardrobe. I have no interest in seeing any more pictures of “hobo” Mary-Kate, so here are some pics of Ashley at the Fendi 80th Anniversary Party on October 29th. In case you’re wondering, the corpse in picture #10 is party host Karl Lagerfeld.

MARY-KATE IS SMART

Mary-Kate Olsen is reportedly dropping out of NYU so that she can concentrate on running the company she co-owns with sister Ashley, Dualstar Entertainment Group. If by “running the company” she really means “snorting blow” and “looking like a corpse”.

The twins are each valued at around $150 million, and believe me that will buy them a lot of coke.
