EVERYBODY LOVES STEVE CARELL

Hot on the heels of his box office triumph in “The 40 Year Old Virgin” and television’s insanely funny “The Office”, Carell is teaming with Universal for two upcoming films. One is a spinoff of “Bruce Almighty” entitled “Evan Almighty”, and the second is “Juvenile”, where Carell plays a grown up sent to a juvenile prison for a crime he committed while still a child.

“The idea is for Steve to play the most Caucasian man in America, who’s sent to juvenile prison for a petty crime he committed as a kid,” [writer] Mark Gunn said. “Suddenly this suburban drip is surrounded by 11-year-old bad-asses.”
